QC Automation Deployment

Recovered and redeployed a dormant automation system, resulting in a time savings of up to 30 person-hours per week. Enabled more accurate, consistent content reviews with fewer manual tasks.
Control Room Build

Led installation and rollout of a modernized control room with robotic cameras and updated graphics systems. Trained all users and ensured zero viewer disruption during the cutover.
Pandemic Remote System
