  • Developed and implemented proactive diagnosis and recovery SOP reducing impact from missing whole scheduled broadcasts to zero (resolution prior to air)

Major Projects

  • Spearheaded design and implementation of, and decommissioned, temporary training facility for new video editing system enabling a seamless transition without viewer disruption

  • Worked with team to design, build, test, train users on, and commission all-new control room, robotic cameras, and news and local interest sets

  • Systems-designed, implemented, and trained users and technicians on hardware- and IP-based broadcast work-from-home solution on short-notice at start of pandemic

  • Researched, documented, and maintained wiring diagrams for three broadcast sub-channels, cable TV distribution, and security systems, updating them through multiple equipment overhauls with a focus on clarity and usability.

  • Assessed and documented existing MATV-CATV (master antenna TV-cable TV) system; reorganized layout and simplified cabling to improve reliability and reduce risk of accidental disruption from nearby work.
