Policies

Overtime: Billed at 1.5 × hourly rate after 10 hours

Billing: Highest-rated services provided on the day

Travel: 65¢/mi. outside Davidson or Rutherford Counties

Cancellations: 50% fee if canceled within 24 hours of call time.

Payment: Net 15 unless otherwise agreed; invoices sent electronically.
